More on the Parallel Dimension

Well, when I posted that last time I was pretty scared; I had a feeling that the large creatures I had made the contact with had "sicced their dog" on me or some such, because the ones that attached to my head were different: smaller, no discernible mouth or nose-- at least not that touched me; but their tentacles clinging on to my head were the things that scared me. I mean, at times it was downright painful.
The truth is, they are still here. The pressure on the sides of my head and behind my eyes has increased to the point where I can hardly stand it.
God Damn these things anyway! I have started calling them demons, because they fit the description of demons: they are invisible, they are in the physical realm, (as opposed to ghosts, who cannot be) and they are extremely malevolent.  These creatures from will kill me if they can, and I feel like they'll stay with me until they carry that out.
I have a feeling they live on something drawn from my physical body, because as time has passed they have increased in strength. The pressure they can exert behind my eyes is almost unbearable, and they cannot be removed-- at least not for more than a few seconds. As a said in an earlier post, if I move my hands up the sides of my face and over the top of my head, lacing the fingers together and lifting the horrors off and trying to destroy them. But they will not be destroyed.
Why?
Why did I have to get involved with these things? Why are they so damn malevolent? Where do they actually come from? Did I really contact a parallel dimension, or what?
Why me? Why do I have weird abilities that allow me to hear ghosts, see periperally with my eyes closed, and contact other realities? What has done this to me?
I must find a way to use this curse/gift to help people, because I believe that's why anyone is given something like this: to help their fellow humans.
I'll figure a way for this to be turned around so that I can help people in some way.

As I sit here the things are gripping my head, very annoying.
